Do you have to be an adult to use your products?
My products are only suitable for individuals that are 18 years or older. Keep away from
children.
Are your products safe to use?
My products are safe but do NOT increase the daily dosage of the product. Some products
you have to use more than one day in a row for the desired effect to occur. The effect also
depends on each individual state of mind and body. Examples that could influence the effects:
1. The stage of your period
2. hormonal balance
3. stress levels
4. energy levels
5. level of tolerance to certain products
6. your mental state
7. how long you have used the product.
Some products will have the maximum effect immediately and the effects will only increase
the longer you use them. Some products will not work at all for you but will have a slight effect
after using it for several days. If you stick to the daily dosage, you can use my products
several days and sometimes even longer. Read the instructions for each product separately
and my FAQs. In any case, please don’t hesitate to contact us when you have any other

I don’t feel well after using one your products, what should I do?
Discontinue use immediately if you experience any unwanted side effects from this product.
Can I mix your products with alcohol or any other drugs?
It is advisable to not mix with any alcohol beverages or drugs of any kind.

Am I limited from any activities after insertion of a V Vitamin?
You can shower, exercise and use the restroom. It will not fall out.
You can drink alcoholic beverages.
You cannot have intercourse until it's fully dissolved out of your vagina.
How long do I have to wait until I can have intercourse?
Normally 4-12 hours after inserting or until it has fully drained out of your vagina. Please be
sure to shower before engaging in intimate activities.
How do I improve my vaginal wetness and taste?
For maximum results, use 12-48 hours before engaging in intimate activities.
How long will the benefits stay in my system?
Approximately 2-3 days.
Is it safe to use it if I currently have an IUD for birth control (Mirena or Kyleena?
Yes, it is safe to use with your IUD.
Will it affect my birth control pill?
No, it will not affect your birth control pill.
Will the vitamins negatively affect me if I’m trying to conceive?
The vaginal vitamins don’t negatively affect fertility.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No
How do I eliminate menstrual odor?
The vitamins aren’t highly effective on heavy flow days because your menstruation fluids will
overpower the capsule. Therefore, to eliminate menstrual odor DURING your period, insert a
suppository 1-2 days before your cycle begins and on light flow days. And to eliminate
menstrual odor AFTER your period, insert a suppository anytime as your cycle is going to
almost end or once it’s ended completely.
Can I use the V Vitamins with a tampon?
Do not use the V Vitamins with a tampon because the suppository/pill will not the properly
dissolve.
Will it treat or prevent sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)?
Unfortunately, no. If you have an STD, please contact a doctor immediately.
Do the vaginal vitamins expire?
The shelf life is indefinite if stored properly in a dry, room temperature environment.
What are the vaginal vitamins made of?
600 mg of all-natural boric acid - The soft natural mineral is extracted from the earth and is
mainly found in dry lake beds and alkaline soils.
Our boric acid is derived from the borate mineral and composed in a vegetable capsule. Our
pills are ORGANIC and VEGAN.
